If your research question is genuinely "what does the existing body of systematic reviews collectively show across this landscape," and multiple relevant systematic reviews already exist to synthesize, an umbrella review is very likely the right tool. If no substantial body of existing systematic reviews exists yet on your specific question, you are looking at a standard systematic review of primary studies instead, and an umbrella review would have nothing meaningful to synthesize.
